IBPS RRB CRP-XV Recruitment 2026 — 13,706 Posts, Apply Online by 21 Sep (All India)

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs-XV) 2026 detailed notification for a massive 13,706 government banking job vacancies across 28 participating Regional Rural Banks nationwide. IBPS RRB 2026 covers Office Assistant (Multipurpose) — 8,183 posts, Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) — 4,256 posts, Officer Scale-II across seven specialisations — 1,047 posts combined, and Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) — 220 posts. • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university; proficiency in the local language of the participating RRB is required; working knowledge of computers is desirable
• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference may be given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy
• Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager): Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks, plus 2 years' experience as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution
• Officer Scale-II IT Officer: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, or IT with minimum 50% marks, plus 1 year's relevant experience
• Officer Scale-II Chartered Accountant: CA qualification from ICAI, plus 1 year's experience as a CA
• Officer Scale-II Law Officer: Law degree with minimum 50% marks, plus 2 years' experience as an Advocate or Law Officer
• Officer Scale-II Treasury Manager: CA or MBA in Finance, plus 1 year's relevant experience
• Officer Scale-II Marketing Officer: MBA in Marketing, plus 1 year's relevant experience
• Officer Scale-II Agricultural Officer: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field with minimum 50% marks, plus 2 years' relevant experience
• Officer Scale-III Senior Manager: Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks, plus 5 years' experience as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years
• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18 to 30 years
• Officer Scale-II (Manager, all specialisations): 21 to 32 years
• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21 to 40 years
• Age is reckoned as on 01-09-2026; relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates applies as per Government of India rules stated in the detailed notification

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline as specified per post (see Qualification field for post-wise detail); some Officer Scale-II specialisations require CA, MBA, or Law degrees
• Age 18 to 40 years depending on post, as on 01-09-2026, with relaxation for SC/ST — 5 years; OBC — 3 years; PwBD — additional 10 years; Ex-Servicemen — as per Central Govt rules
• Officer Scale-II and Scale-III posts require 1 to 5 years' prior banking/financial institution or specialisation-specific experience, depending on grade
• Proficiency in the local/official language of the participating Regional Rural Bank the candidate applies to
• Candidates may apply for Office Assistant as well as one Officer post, but can apply for only one among Officer Scale-I, Scale-II, or Scale-III
• A valid Aadhaar card is required, since IBPS/Participating Banks may conduct online Aadhaar verification during the selection process
• No domicile restriction — candidates from any state may apply to any of the 28 participating Regional Rural Banks, subject to the local language requirement
