- 10th pass + State/National level sports achievement. Stenographer Grade-II: 12th pass + shorthand 80 WPM + typing 35 WPM + sports achievement. Tax Assistant: Graduate + typing 35 WPM (English) or 30 WPM (Hindi) + sports achievement.
