IOB Generalist/SO Recruitment 2026 — 291 Posts, Apply Online by 15 Sep (All India)

• Manager (Branch Management), MMGS II: Degree in any discipline from a recognised University, plus 3 years as an Officer in a Scheduled Public/Private Sector Bank with at least 2 years in Branch Banking

• Assistant Manager (Security), JMGS I: Graduate with a minimum 3-month certification in Computer/IT/Computer Science, plus retired JCO-equivalent with 5+ years in Army/Navy/Air Force, or Inspector-rank and above with 5+ years in Paramilitary Forces/Police

• Post-wise range: 22–32 years (Manager Information Security/Audit) up to 30–45 years (Assistant Manager Security), assessed as on 01 August 2026
• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation | OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years | Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 10 years
• Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years | Ex-Servicemen/Commissioned Officers (min. 5 years military service): 5 years
