IRCTC SCZ Recruitment 2026 — 28 Posts, Walk-in 05-09 Oct

Candidates aged up to 35 years (UR), holding a B.Sc./BBA/MBA in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism & Hotel Management from a recognised institute (Hospitality Monitors), or a Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Travel & Tourism with 1-2 years' relevant experience (Tourism Monitors), can attend a walk-in interview between 5 October 2026 and 9 October 2026, at venues in Bhubaneswar and Hyderabad. Selected Hospitality Monitors will supervise food production and service quality across IRCTC's mobile and static catering units on trains including Vande Bharat, Mail/Express and Tourist Trains, while Tourism Monitors will support Bharat Gaurav Rakes and tour package operations. The selection process is a Walk-in Interview followed by antecedent and medical fitness verification — there is no written examination. CTC for IRCTC SCZ Recruitment 2026 is ₹30,000 per month for Hospitality Monitors and ₹30,000-₹35,000 per month for Tourism Monitors (based on qualification/experience), plus Daily Allowance, Lodging Charges, National Holiday Allowance and Medical Insurance, on a contract of 2 years (Hospitality, extendable by 1 year) or 3 years (Tourism), with a security deposit of ₹25,000 required from selected candidates. 1. There is no online application portal for these posts — the process is entirely walk-in.
2. Download and fill the Proforma/Application Form attached with the relevant notification (Hospitality Monitors or Tourism Monitors) from www.irctc.com.
3. Complete all fields: personal details, category, present/permanent address, contact details, date of birth and age (as on 1 September 2026), gender, marital status, Aadhaar number, educational qualification details, post-qualification experience, and languages known.
4. Attach self-attested copies of proof of educational qualification, proof of experience (if any), proof of date of birth, and proof of category (OBC-NCL candidates must submit the certificate in the Government-prescribed format).
5. Affix a recent photograph and sign the declaration confirming the information provided is true and correct.
6. Carry the completed application form, original documents, one set of attested copies, and two recent passport-size photographs to your applicable walk-in venue.
7. Report at the correct venue and date: Hospitality Monitors — 5 October 2026 (Bhubaneswar) or 8 October 2026 (Hyderabad); Tourism Monitors — 6 October 2026 (Bhubaneswar) or 9 October 2026 (Hyderabad), between 10:30 hrs and 17:30 hrs.
