MECL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 — 13 Posts, Apply by 14 Aug (All India)

Mineral Exploration and Consultancy Limited (MECL), a Mini-Ratna-I Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Mines, has released Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 under Advertisement No. 02/Rectt./2026 for 13 posts in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines. This recruitment is conducted entirely through candidates' scores in the UPSC Engineering Services Examination (ESE) 2024 — specifically, candidates who cleared the written round and appeared for the ESE 2024 interview but were not finally recommended by UPSC. Selected Executive Trainees will undergo a one-year training period and may be posted at any MECL project, office or establishment across India, spanning Procurement & Contract, Store & Disposal, and Drilling divisions. Selection is based solely on the ESE 2024 score (out of 1200) — there is no separate written test or interview conducted by MECL — followed by Document Verification. The starting salary is ₹40,000 per month in the E-1 (IDA) pay scale of ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000, along with HRA, PF, NPS, Performance Related Pay and other PSU benefits. • Candidates must have cleared the written round of UPSC Engineering Services Examination (ESE) 2024, appeared for the ESE 2024 interview, and consented to sharing their score with MECL, without being recommended for final selection by UPSC
• No post-qualification experience required
