  • Vikram Award winners: up to 43 years (38+5) depending on category

Eligibility

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India
  • Non-MP-domicile candidates may apply only under the Unreserved (Open) category, with no reservation or age-relaxation benefit, and a flat maximum age of 33 years
  • A candidate with more than 2 living children, one of whom was born on or after 26 January 2001, is not eligible (with an exception where a single subsequent delivery results in twins/multiple births)
  • Height minimum 167.5 cm (male)/152.4 cm (female); Vision 6/9 in better eye, 6/12 in other eye (uncorrected); must pass Ishihara Plate colour-vision test. No relaxation available in minimum physical standards on health or any other grounds
