Overview
The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released the notification for 107 Assistant District Prosecution Officer (ADPO / Sahayak Jila Lok Abhiyojan Adhikari) posts under the Home Department (Law & Order), Government of Madhya Pradesh. ADPOs are Group B Gazetted officers who handle criminal prosecution cases in District and Sessions Courts across Madhya Pradesh. They represent the State Government in criminal trials, prepare arguments, examine witnesses, and ensure justice delivery. This is a prestigious legal career in MP's prosecution wing. IMPORTANT: This is SEPARATE from the CGPSC ADPO (15 posts) in Chhattisgarh that you already have — this is MPPSC with 107 posts! Selection through Preliminary Examination (Objective Type), Main Examination (Descriptive), and Interview conducted by MPPSC.
Eligibility
* LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university OR 5-year integrated Law degree.
* Enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council of India.
* Minimum 3 years experience as practicing Advocate in courts of law.
* Must know Hindi (reading, writing, speaking).
* Age 21–40 years as on 01 January 2026 (relaxation per MP rules).
* Indian citizen. MP domicile required for reservation benefits.
