MPPSC Assistant Research Officer Result 2026 — 15 Selected (Madhya Pradesh)

Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC), Indore declared the result of the Assistant Research Officer (Sahayak Anusandhan Adhikari) Examination 2024 on 22 July 2026. The recruitment was advertised under Advertisement No. 12/2024 dated 28 December 2024 for 17 posts in the Tribal Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, distributed as 5 Unreserved, 5 OBC, 3 SC, 3 ST and 1 EWS. MPPSC has published both a Selection List and an Obtained Marks List. An important point for candidates: this result covers only 15 of the 17 advertised posts. Those 15 fall under the Main Part representing 87 per cent of the total vacancies. The remaining posts sit in the Provisional Part covering 13 per cent, and are being held back pending the court decision on OBC reservation in Madhya Pradesh. Alongside the Main Selection List of 15 candidates, MPPSC has released a Supplementary List of 14 candidates. Selection was made on the combined score of the written examination carrying 450 marks and the interview carrying 50 marks, for a total of 500 marks. The written examination was conducted on 12 October 2025 and 24 May 2026, with written results declared on 04 December 2025 and 18 June 2026, and interviews held on 16, 17 and 24 March 2026 and 17 July 2026. The Commission has stated that the result remains subject to the final outcome of pending matters before the Supreme Court in SLP Nos. 8764/2023 and 12398/2023 and before the Madhya Pradesh High Court in WP Nos. 5901/2019 and 5596/2024, and that it reserves the right to correct any computer or clerical error found after publication.
