The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has released the notification for the Group C Services Combined Preliminary Examination 2026 with a massive 2,619 vacancies across five cadres — Clerk-Typist, Tax Assistant, Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector (AMVI), Industry Inspector, and Technical Assistant. • Tax Assistant: Bachelor's degree + both Marathi Typing 30 WPM AND English Typing 40 WPM.
• AMVI: 10th pass + Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Industry Inspector: Diploma in Engineering (non-Civil branches) OR B.Sc (non-vocational) from statutory university.
• Technical Assistant: Bachelor's degree.
• Must read/write/speak Marathi fluently.
• Age 19–38 years as on 01 February 2026.
