NCL PMIS Intern Recruitment 2026 — 73 Posts, Apply Online by 06 Sep (Madhya Pradesh)

Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a Miniratna Public Sector Undertaking and a subsidiary of Coal India Limited under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, has invited online applications for engagement as Interns under Round 3 of the Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS) for the financial year 2026-27. NCL has notified 73 unfulfilled vacancies across six discipline/trade combinations, including Foreman (Electrical) (17), Foreman (Mechanical) (16), Lab Technician (13), Clerk (9), Pharmacist (9), and Overseer (9). Eligible candidates aged 18 to 25 years, holding the relevant diploma or degree, can apply exclusively online through the PMIS portal by 06-09-2026. Selected interns will undergo a 9-month internship training at NCL establishments in Singrauli district, Madhya Pradesh, receiving a monthly stipend of ₹9,000, credited directly to the intern's Aadhaar-linked bank account, with no deduction for social security benefits. Selection is based on a merit list prepared from the aggregate percentage scores of the qualifying degree/diploma examination, arranged in descending order separately for each discipline, with age (older date of birth preferred) and alphabetical order used as tie-breaking criteria. This engagement does not, under any circumstances, lead to any claim for regular employment in NCL or Coal India Limited. • Interns will not be absorbed into regular service of NCL or Coal India Limited under any circumstances
