National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, has released Advt. No. 01 (NFL)/2026 for 21 Management Trainee posts at E-1 level across six disciplines — Marketing (13), Finance & Accounts (3), Materials (1), Information Technology (1), Electrical (2), and Chemical (1). Selected candidates undergo 1-year probation before regularization as officers. Selection is through an offline OMR-based written examination (80% weightage) and Personal Interview (20%), followed by document verification and medical.
