NFR Northeast Frontier Railway Scouts Guides Quota Recruitment 2026 — 22 Posts, Apply Offline by 29 Jul (Assam)

Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), Indian Railways, Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released Scouts and Guides Quota Recruitment 2026 for 22 posts across Level-1 and Level-2 grades. As of July 2026, NFR Scouts and Guides Quota 2026 is open for 10th and 12th pass candidates who hold Rashtrapati Award / Rajya Puraskar in Scouts or Guides, offering a permanent railway government job in the Northeast Frontier Railway zone covering Assam and the Northeast region. Selected candidates will be posted at various stations and offices under Northeast Frontier Railway covering states including Assam, West Bengal, Bihar, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, and Tripura. The NFR Scouts and Guides Quota 2026 selection process consists of Document Verification, Scout/Guide Proficiency Test, and Written Test. Pay is as per 7th Pay Commission Pay Level 1 or Level 2 with attractive Railway benefits including free railway pass.
