ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trade (Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Instrument Mechanic, Electronic Mechanic, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, etc.) from a recognised ITI for Trade Apprentices. Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline from a recognised polytechnic for Technician Apprentices. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology (BE/BTech) in relevant discipline for Graduate Apprentices. Minimum 50% marks in qualifying examination.

18 to 28 years as on the date of application. SC/ST — 5 years relaxation; OBC — 3 years; PwD — 10 years as per Govt of India rules.

• Trade Apprentice: ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trade from a recognised ITI with minimum 50% marks
• Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline from a recognised polytechnic with minimum 50% marks
• Graduate Apprentice: BE/BTech in relevant engineering discipline from a recognised institution with minimum 50% marks
• Age: 18 to 28 years as on the date of application
• SC/ST — 5 years relaxation; OBC — 3 years; PwD — 10 years as per Govt of India rules
• Candidates must not have already undergone apprenticeship training or completed apprenticeship in the same trade/discipline

No application fee for all categories.

Stipend as per Apprentices Act 1961 / National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) rates. Graduate Apprentice: ₹9,000 per month. Technician Apprentice: ₹8,000 per month. Trade Apprentice: ₹7,700 per month. No other allowances or benefits applicable during apprenticeship period.
