OUAT Consultant, Young Professional & Helper 2026 — 4 Posts, Walk-in 31 July (Odisha)

Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar has invited applications for a walk-in interview to engage Consultant, Young Professional and Field & Lab. Helper under a DA&FE funded project on dolomite for ameliorating acid soils of Odisha. A total of 4 vacancies are available on a project basis, offering candidates with a soil science background or a basic Matriculation qualification an opportunity to work on an applied agricultural research project as an Odisha government university engagement. The Consultant post is open to a Retired Professor (Soil Science) or an M.Sc. (Ag) in Soil Science, the Young Professional post requires an M.Sc. (Ag) in Soil Science with a maximum age of 35 years, and the Field & Lab. Helper post requires Matriculation with a maximum age of 45 years. The Consultant draws a consolidated salary of Rs. 50,000 per month, while remuneration for the Young Professional and Helper is as per project norms. There is no application fee, and selection is through walk-in interview and document verification with no written examination. The OUAT walk-in interview 2026 is scheduled for 31 July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, Directorate of Research, OUAT, Bhubaneswar. Candidates must reach the venue well before time and bring all original certificates from H.S.C. onwards, an experience certificate if any, identity proof, passport-size photographs and self-attested copies.
