- Law Officer (1 post, Higher Education Dept.) — Professional Degree in Law from a recognised university/institution, with at least 3 years' experience as an Advocate at Bar
- Legal Assistant, Higher Education Department (1 post) — Professional Degree in Law, with minimum 2 years' experience at Bar
- Accountant (5 posts, Excise and Taxation Dept.) — B.Com from a recognised university, plus qualifying in the competitive test held by the competent authority, and a 120-hour Computer/IT or Desktop Publishing course from an ISO 9001-certified Govt-recognised institution, or a DOEACC 'C' Level equivalent
- Legal Assistant, Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board (1 post) — Degree in Law
- Punjabi at Matriculation level (or equivalent), mandatory for all posts, per Rule 17 of the Punjab Civil Services Rules, 1994
- Age: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 37 years (General); 42 years (SC of Punjab); 45 years (State/Central Govt employees with NOC); 40 years (widows/divorcees/certain married women), as on 01.01.2026

- New candidates must click "Registration" to create a User ID (Email ID) and password; registered candidates log in directly.

- Click "Attach Annexure" and upload scanned copies of your 10th class certificate, educational qualification certificates, and other mandatory documents.
- Click "Make Payment" and pay the applicable fee online — ₹1,500 (All Other Categories) or ₹750 (SC of Punjab State only).
- Click "Submit" to complete the application process after successful payment.
- Take a printout of the full Application Form displayed on screen and keep it safe for future reference.
- Be careful while selecting category and category code, since these cannot be changed once the form is submitted.
