• Qualification must be from a recognised University/Institute, completed as a regular full-time course; Distance Learning, Part-Time, or Correspondence mode qualifications are not eligible
• Candidates who have completed Act Apprentice training or one year or more of job experience, or who are pursuing higher studies, are not eligible
• Passing certificate/final year mark sheet must be dated on or after 1 July 2023, with minimum percentage calculated on the final year or aggregate of the last two semesters
• Age: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 25 years, as on 1 September 2026; age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD, and 5 years for children/family members of 1984 riot victims
