RRC Central Railway Scouts & Guides Quota Recruitment 2026 — 12 Posts, Apply Online by 12 Aug (All India)

The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Central Railway has released the Scouts & Guides Quota Recruitment 2026-27 under Employment Notice No. RRC/CR/S&G/02/2026 dated 11 July 2026 for 12 vacancies — 2 Level-2 (Group C) and 10 Level-1 (Group D) posts across the Mumbai, Bhusawal, Nagpur, Pune and Solapur Divisions of Central Railway. This is a special quota recruitment exclusively for active members of Bharat Scouts & Guides, offering a permanent Central Government Railway job under Indian Railways — one of the world's largest employers with over 1.3 million employees. Level-2 (Group C — 2 posts): 12th Pass (+2 Stage) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised board. 50% marks not required for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Higher Qualification holders. Level-1 (Group D — 10 posts): 10th Pass (Matriculation) or ITI from a recognised institute, or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) / Course Completed Act Apprenticeship. All posts additionally require valid Scouts & Guides qualifications, participation certificates and achievement records as prescribed in the official notification (Employment Notice RRC/CR/S&G/02/2026). Posts are spread across Mumbai, Bhusawal, Nagpur, Pune and Solapur Divisions of Central Railway.

Level-2 (Group C): 18 to 35 years as on 01 July 2026. Level-1 (Group D): 18 to 38 years as on 01 July 2026. Age relaxation as per Govt of India and Railway Recruitment rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

Level-2 (Group C): Pay Level-2 under 7th Pay Commission | Basic Pay ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 per month plus DA, HRA, Transport Allowance and other Railway allowances. Level-1 (Group D): Pay Level-1 under 7th Pay Commission | Basic Pay ₹18,000 to ₹56,900 per month plus DA, HRA, Transport Allowance and other Railway allowances.
