SPMCIL Recruitment 2026 — 24 Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager Posts

Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Ltd. (SPMCIL), a Mini-Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise wholly owned by the Government of India, has released Advertisement No. 02/2026 for 24 executive posts. The vacancies cover one Deputy Manager (IT) — Application Developer at the E-2 level and 23 Assistant Manager posts at the E-1 level, spread across HR, Finance & Accounts, Materials Management, IT, Official Language and Safety disciplines. Selected candidates are placed on the IDA pay pattern — E-2 at ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 and E-1 at ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000 per month. Selection is made through an online test carrying 75% weightage and an interview carrying 25% weightage. The online test has 120 questions for 150 marks across Professional Knowledge, General Awareness, English, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude, with a 1/4th negative marking penalty. • Deputy Manager (IT): 1st Class BE/BTech in CS/IT/ECE with 60% + 3 years' experience
• Assistant Manager (HR): 1st Class MBA/PGDM (HR) or MSW or PM & IR
• Assistant Manager (F&A): B.Com with CA/ICWA
• Assistant Manager (MM): 1st Class Engineering degree + PG degree/diploma in Materials/Supply Chain Management
• Assistant Manager (IT): 1st Class MCA or BTech (Computer/IT)
• Assistant Manager (OL): 1st Class Master's in Hindi or English + 2 years' translation experience
• Assistant Manager (Safety): Engineering/Technology degree + Industrial Safety degree/diploma with supervisory factory experience

• Deputy Manager (IT): 35 years
• Assistant Manager (all posts): 30 years

• Relaxation: 5 years SC/ST, 3 years OBC, PwBD and Ex-servicemen as per rules
