• Executive (Finance & Admin): MBA (Finance) with 2 years' experience, or Graduate in Science/Commerce with 4 years' experience, in Accounting & Administration

• Chief Operating Officer: Maximum 45 years
• Incubation Manager, Assistant Incubation Manager, Executive: Maximum 35 years each
• Age relaxation permissible for deserving candidates
