Overview
The Uttar Pradesh Shiksha Seva Chayan Ayog (UPESSC), Prayagraj, has declared the UP TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) Result 2026 for Advertisement No. 01/2022 on 28 July 2026. The final selection result has been announced for 2,982 Trained Graduate Teacher posts across 14 subjects, out of the 3,539 posts originally advertised across 15 subjects. Candidates can check their result and cutoff marks on the official UPESSC website. The result covers 14 subjects including Hindi, Maths, Science, Social Science, Sanskrit, Urdu, Commerce, Biology, Home Science, Art, Physical Education, Agriculture and Music. The result for the TGT English subject (557 posts) has been withheld because a writ petition challenging the final answer key is pending before the Allahabad High Court, and no date has been announced for it. Subject-wise and category-wise cutoff marks have been released separately for Boys and Girls candidates. Candidates can check their result and individual written-exam marks on the official website at upessc.up.gov.in using their roll number and date of birth, and this facility is available for one week from the declaration date. The written examination was held on 3 and 4 June 2026, followed by the screening result on 30 June 2026. Selected candidates will next be allotted institutions in preference order under Rule 12(10), and the schedule for this will be announced separately.

Examples (UR): Hindi 484 | Maths 452–456 | Sanskrit 491.9 | Commerce 492 (Boys) | Art 476–480 | Science ~343 (Girls) / 363 (Boys). Full subject-wise and category-wise cutoffs are on upessc.up.gov.in for one week from declaration.
