Super-specialty departments (e.g., CTVS, Neurosurgery): DM/M.Ch/DNB or equivalent in the respective discipline from a recognised University/Institute under the Residency Scheme. Senior Demonstrator (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry & Biostatistics only): M.Sc./M.Biotech/M.Stat degree in the concerned subject, along with a Ph.D. in the concerned or an allied subject, from a recognised University/Institute. Educational qualifications, age, and experience are all reckoned as on the date this notification was published on the Institute website (24 August 2026). Experience is counted only after obtaining the prescribed qualification.

Age Limit

All Candidates: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of publishing this notification (24 August 2026) Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC; 10 years for PwD (OPH) No age relaxation is available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying against unreserved vacancies. Age relaxation for other categories will be applicable as per DoPT instructions.
