AIIMS Mangalagiri Senior Resident 2026 — 36 Posts, Apply by 05 Aug (AP)

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh has released a notification (Advertisement F.No/AIIMS/MG/Reg/SR(NA)/2026-27/03 dated 22 July 2026) for 36 Senior Resident / Senior Demonstrator posts across 19 departments. The largest allocations are 6 posts in Anaesthesiology and 3 each in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Trauma & Emergency, with the remaining posts spread across departments including General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Radiodiagnosis, Pathology and Psychiatry. Selected medical candidates are placed at 7th CPC Pay Level 11 with an entry pay of ₹67,700 plus Non-Practising Allowance, while non-medical Senior Demonstrators are placed at Pay Level 10 with ₹56,100. Selection is made purely on the basis of an interview; if a large number of applications are received for a department, a screening MCQ test in the concerned subject is held first, followed by an interview of the shortlisted candidates. There is no walk-in interview for this recruitment. The tenure is up to 3 years under the Government of India Residency Scheme, renewed 12 months at a time.
