Age Limit
- General/Unreserved: Maximum 45 years (as on 17-09-2026)
- SC/ST (against reserved vacancies): 45 + 5 years relaxation
- OBC (against reserved vacancies): 45 + 3 years relaxation
- PwD-General: 45 + up to 10 years relaxation
- PwD-OBC: 45 + up to 13 years relaxation
- PwD-SC/ST: 45 + up to 15 years relaxation

- Trauma & Emergency: MD Emergency Medicine, MD General Medicine, MS General Surgery, MD Anaesthesiology, MD Respiratory Medicine, MS Orthopaedics, or equivalent recognised qualification
- Applicant must be an Indian National; only candidates already declared successful in their qualifying degree exam, completing tenure on or before the closing date, are eligible
- Candidates should not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency under the Residency Scheme in any Government medical institution; prior Senior Residency already completed is reduced from the 3-year tenure offered
- Age: Maximum 45 years as on closing date, 17-09-2026; SC/ST relaxation 5 years, OBC relaxation 3 years (against reserved vacancies only, no relaxation against UR vacancies); PwD relaxation 10–15 years depending on category
- Candidates in Central/State Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institution service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post
