AIU Consultant & Young Professional 2026 — 6 Posts, Apply by 23 August (Delhi)

The Association of Indian Universities (AIU), an apex Inter-University Organisation headquartered in New Delhi, has released AIU Recruitment 2026 for engagement of 1 Consultant and 5 Young Professionals on a contractual basis at its headquarters. AIU is the apex body representing conventional, open, deemed, state, central and private universities as well as institutes of national importance across India, making these contractual roles an opportunity to work at the centre of Indian higher education administration. The Consultant post under AIU 2026 is intended for a retired Government officer with relevant experience, while the five Young Professional posts, spanning areas such as Sports, Finance, IT and AI, are open to graduates and postgraduates not exceeding 35 years of age as on the closing date. The Consultant draws Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month based on last pay drawn minus pension, while Young Professionals draw up to Rs. 50,000 per month, with overall remuneration ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month depending on the post. • Consultant (1 post): Retired Government officer with relevant experience as prescribed in the official notification
• Young Professional (5 posts): Graduate / Postgraduate in the relevant area (Sports, Finance, IT, AI) as prescribed in the notification

• Young Professional: not exceeding 35 years as on the closing date of application
• Consultant post is intended for retired Government officers

• Engagement is on a contractual basis at AIU headquarters, New Delhi
• Selection as per the process laid down in the official notification
