• Cook, Dhobi, and Barber: 7th Class / Read & Write, along with the relevant professional skill
• Age: 18 to 42 years as on 01 July 2026, with 5 years' relaxation for SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates (maximum age up to 47 years)
• Candidate must be a citizen of India, of sound health, and free from bodily defects or infirmities that would render them unfit for the service
• Only candidates who studied in the erstwhile East Godavari District (Class IV to X, as per the Presidential Order) are treated as Local Candidates and eligible under this notification
• Persons dismissed from Government service, convicted for an offence involving moral turpitude, or in a bigamous marriage are not eligible for appointment

• Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 against the number of vacancies, based on merit in the written/skill test, though the Selection Committee may vary this ratio if necessary
