Post DR/02 — Scientific Assistant/B (Pathology): B.Sc with minimum 60% marks + PG Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) with minimum 60% marks OR B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) with minimum 60% marks. Post DR/03 — Scientific Assistant/B (Radiography): B.Sc (Radiography) with minimum 60% marks OR B.Sc with minimum 50% marks + One year Diploma in Radiography. Post DR/04 — Scientific Assistant/B (Nuclear Medicine Technology): B.Sc with minimum 60% marks + DMRIT / DNMT / DFIT with minimum 50% marks OR B.Sc (Nuclear Medicine Technology). Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), India's premier nuclear research institution under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, has invited online applications for 6 Group 'B' Scientific Assistant (Para-Medical) posts through Direct Recruitment under Advertisement No. 06/2026 (R-I). Salary
Scientific Assistant/C (DR/01): Pay Level 7 — ₹44,900 per month entry pay under 7th Pay Commission. Scientific Assistant/B (DR/02, DR/03, DR/04): Pay Level 6 — ₹35,400 per month entry pay under 7th Pay Commission. Plus DA, HRA, Transport Allowance and other Central Government allowances as applicable.
