The selection process for BPCL Non-Management 2026 has three stages: a Computer Based Test (CBT) of 100 objective questions over 120 minutes with no negative marking, followed by a qualifying Skill/Proficiency Test (SPT) at the refinery, and finally a Pre-Employment Medical Examination. The BPCL Non-Management 2026 online application is available from 29 July 2026 to 13 August 2026 on the BPCL Careers portal at bharatpetroleum.in.
