BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, AI/ML, or relevant engineering discipline from a recognised university for Scientist/Technical posts. MBA or equivalent for Manager-Administration posts. Relevant experience in AI, telecom research, or administration as per post-wise requirements in official notification.

As per C-DOT norms — typically up to 35 years for Scientist-B, up to 45 years for senior posts. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH as per Govt of India rules.
