Chhattisgarh High Court, Bilaspur has released Advertisement No. 04/2026 dated 09 July 2026 for 58 posts of Staff Car Driver, Lift Man, and Contingency Fund Employees (Safai Karamchari, Cook, Electrician, Driver, Chowkidar and other Group D roles). As of July 2026, Chhattisgarh High Court Recruitment 2026 applications are open for eligible 8th, 10th, and ITI-qualified candidates. The last date to apply offline via Speed Post is 10 August 2026 at 5:00 PM. This is a separate notification (Advt No. 04/2026) from the earlier Library Assistant recruitment (Advt No. 03/2026). Selected Staff Car Drivers will provide vehicle driving services for judicial officers of Chhattisgarh High Court; Lift Men will operate and maintain court building elevators; Contingency Fund Employees will handle Group D support duties at the court premises in Bilaspur. Selection for Driver and Lift Man posts is through Written Examination and Practical Test; Contingency Fund Employees are selected through a Skill Test followed by document verification and medical examination. The salary for Driver and Lift Man is Pay Level-4, ₹19,500 to ₹62,000 per month. Staff Car Driver (17 posts): 10th Pass with Valid Heavy Commercial Driving Licence (HMV/LMV) and driving experience. Lift Man (7 posts): 12th Pass with ITI certificate in Electrician or Wiring trade. Contingency Fund Employees (34 posts — Safai Karamchari, Cook, Electrician, Driver, Chowkidar and more): 8th Pass from a recognised board. All posts require candidates to be Indian citizens in good health with no criminal record.

As per Chhattisgarh High Court / Chhattisgarh Govt rules 2026. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per CG Govt norms.

• Must not have been dismissed/removed from service by any High Court, government, or statutory authority
• Must not have been convicted of moral turpitude or debarred by any court/authority
• Not more than one living spouse (as per High Court rules)

Staff Car Driver & Lift Man: Pay Matrix Level-4 — ₹19,500 to ₹62,000 per month plus DA and other allowances. Contingency Fund Employees: Daily wages as fixed by District Collector, Bilaspur.
