5. Capture and upload a live photograph via webcam/mobile device, matching the uploaded passport photo
6. Upload left-hand thumb impression (JPEG, 50-200 KB) and scanned signature (JPEG, 50-150 KB)
7. Pay the prescribed fee online via UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card, separately for each post applied for
8. Generate and save the Confirmation Page after successful fee payment — submission is complete only when this page is generated
