• Technician Apprentice / Diploma Apprentice (8 posts): Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline (Electronics / Computer Science / Electrical / Mechanical / IT) from a recognised polytechnic; minimum 50% marks; passed in 2022–2026 only
• ITI Apprentice (50 posts): ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trade (Electrician / Fitter / Turner / Mechanic Motor Vehicle / COPA / Electronic Mechanic / Draughtsman Civil / Welder and others) from a recognised ITI; minimum 50% marks in 10th mandatory; passed in 2022–2026 only
• Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in the same trade/discipline are not eligible
• Distance/correspondence courses are not eligible — regular candidates only

• Graduate Apprentice: BE/BTech in relevant engineering discipline (ECE/CS/Electrical/Mechanical/IT) with minimum 50% marks; passed in 2022–2026 only; regular full-time course mandatory
• Technician/Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 50% marks; passed in 2022–2026 only; regular course only
• ITI Apprentice: ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in relevant trade with minimum 50% marks in Class 10th; passed in 2022–2026 only
• Age: 18 to 28 years as on 23 Jun 2026; SC/ST — 5 years; OBC — 3 years; PwD — 10 years relaxation

• Distance/correspondence courses not eligible — regular candidates only

Monthly stipend as per Apprentices Act 1961 rates (Ministry of Skill Development):

• Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300 per month
• Technician/Diploma Apprentice: ₹10,900 per month
• ITI Apprentice: ₹8,050 per month (post-ITI rate)

Apprenticeship duration: 1 year. No regular employment guaranteed on completion of training.
