• Officer in Charge (Panaji): Graduate with minimum 5 years' work experience in health care institutions or managerial positions
• Dental Officer (Panaji & Sindhudurg): BDS with minimum 3 years' work experience
• Nursing Assistant (Sindhudurg): GNM Diploma or Class I Nursing Assistant course (Armed Forces), minimum 5 years' work experience
• Pharmacist (Panaji): B.Pharmacy or 10+2 with Science plus approved Diploma in Pharmacy from a Pharmacy Council of India-recognised institute, registered as pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948, minimum 3 years' work experience
• Dental A/T/H (Panaji): Diploma in Dental Hygiene, Class-1 DH, or DORA course (Armed Forces), minimum 5 years' work experience
• Ambulance Driver (Panaji): 8th Class or Class 1 MT Driver (Armed Forces) with a valid civil driving licence, minimum 5 years' work experience
• Female Attendant (Panaji & Sindhudurg): Literate, minimum 5 years' work experience
• Safaiwala (Panaji & Sindhudurg): Literate, minimum 5 years' work experience

• Officer in Charge: Graduate with 5 years' healthcare or managerial experience
• Dental Officer: BDS with 3 years' work experience
• Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or equivalent Armed Forces qualification, 5 years' experience
• Pharmacist: B.Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmacy registered under the Pharmacy Act, 3 years' experience
• Dental A/T/H: Diploma in Dental Hygiene or equivalent Armed Forces qualification, 5 years' experience
• Ambulance Driver: 8th Class with valid civil driving licence, 5 years' experience
• Female Attendant and Safaiwala: Literate, 5 years' experience
