EdCIL KVS PMU Recruitment 2026 — 13 Posts (Architect/Engineer & More), Apply by 15 Sep

EdCIL (India) Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise, has released Advertisement No. EdCIL/TSG/KVS/PMU/2026-01, dated 02.09.2026, inviting online applications for technical manpower on a contractual basis, for a newly established Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) Headquarters, New Delhi. The PMU has been set up to monitor, coordinate, and ensure quality and timely execution of KVS's infrastructure and construction projects across the country. A total of 13 positions are open across six technical posts — Architect, Senior Engineer (Civil), Engineer (Civil), Junior Engineer (Civil), AutoCAD/Revit Operator, and Young Professional (Data Management & Web Monitoring). Only Indian nationals meeting the qualification, experience, and age criteria for each post can apply online from 02.09.2026 to 15.09.2026, with no application fee. The engagement is purely contractual for one year, extendable by a further year based on project requirement and individual performance. Selection is based on academic/professional qualifications and relevant experience. An Interview may also be conducted, depending on the total number of eligible applicants. Merely meeting the eligibility criteria does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. • Architect: B.Arch. from a recognized university, registered with the Council of Architecture (COA), plus 10 years' experience in institutional/school building design, master planning, and statutory approvals
• Senior Engineer (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, plus 10 years' experience in construction supervision, project management, and vetting of DPRs/Estimates
• Engineer (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, plus 7 years' experience in Building Construction and vetting of DPRs/Estimates
• Junior Engineer (Civil): 2/3-year Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, plus 3 years' (Diploma) or 1 year's (B.Tech) experience in civil construction, site measurements, and progress reporting
• AutoCAD/Revit Operator: 2/3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architectural Assistantship or ITI Drafting certification with AutoCAD & Revit/3D Max course, plus 2 years' hands-on experience in 2D drawings, 3D rendering, and BIM modeling
• Young Professional (Data Management & Web Monitoring): B.Tech (CS/IT)/BCA/B.Sc (IT) with a background in Statistics/Data Analytics, plus 2 years' experience managing MIS portals and dashboards

• Age reckoned as on 31.07.2026; no age relaxation is mentioned in the notification
• Architect: Maximum 45 years
• Senior Engineer (Civil): Maximum 45 years
• Engineer (Civil): Maximum 40 years
• Junior Engineer (Civil), AutoCAD/Revit Operator, Young Professional: Maximum 35 years
