IAF Agniveervayu Non-Combatant Recruitment 2026 — Intake 01/2027

Indian Air Force (IAF) has released the Information Brochure for Agniveervayu Non-Combatant Recruitment, Intake 01/2027, under the Agnipath Scheme. This defence job opportunity is open to unmarried male candidates born between 1 January 2005 and 1 July 2009 who have passed Matriculation and meet the mandatory height, chest, weight, visual, hearing and dental medical standards laid down by the IAF. Selected Agniveervayu Non-Combatant will serve for a four-year engagement period under the Air Force Act 1950, in either the Hospitality stream (cooking, kitchen management, food service) or the Housekeeping stream (cleaning, grounds maintenance, tailoring and related duties). The Agniveer package starts at ₹30,000 per month in the first year, rising to ₹40,000 per month by the fourth year, plus allowances and a Seva Nidhi terminal benefit of approximately ₹10.04 lakh after 4 years.
