Qualification

- Project Coordinator: Postgraduate degree in Conservation, Archaeology, or Heritage Management, with minimum 3 years of experience in heritage conservation projects, documentation, archaeological fieldwork, or project coordination
- Assistant: Senior Secondary qualification, with practical skills in one or more areas including historic textile restoration, book binding, traditional fabrics, Thangka conservation, and preventive conservation
Age Limit
- Project Manager: Maximum 40 years
- Project Coordinator: Maximum 40 years
- Assistant: Maximum 50 years

- Assistant: Senior Secondary qualification with practical skills in historic textile restoration, book binding, traditional fabrics, Thangka conservation, or preventive conservation
- Age up to 40 years (Project Manager/Coordinator) or 50 years (Assistant)
- Nature of engagement: Purely contractual, initially for 1 year, extendable based on project requirements and performance
- Selected candidates must submit reference letters/testimonials from previous employer/organisation/institution at the time of joining
