The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released Advt. No. 04/2026 for 130 permanent UT/Divisional/District Cadre posts across six government departments — Agriculture Production, ARI & Trainings, Industries & Commerce, Higher Education, Home, and Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs. Posts include Electrician, Plumber, Laboratory Assistant, Computer Assistant, Library Assistant, Junior Grader, Machine Man, Binder, Head Weaver, Press Mechanic, Refrigerator Mechanic, Boiler Mechanic, and Senior Horticulture Technician. Only J&K domicile holders are eligible. Selection through written/OMR-based examination followed by document verification and medical examination.

Varies by post — ITI in relevant trade (Electrician/Plumber), Diploma in Engineering (Boiler/Refrigerator Mechanic), B.Sc/BCA (Computer Assistant), Graduate (Lab Assistant), B.Lib (Library Assistant). See notification for post-wise requirements.

• Must be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
• Maximum age 40 years as on 01 January 2026 (relaxation per J&K rules).

Pay Level SL1 to Level 6F (varies by post)

2. Register and fill the online application form.
3. Upload photo, signature, and required documents.
4. Pay ₹600 (Gen Male) or ₹500 (reserved) online and submit before 21 July 2026.
