• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation; OBC-NCL: 3 years relaxation; Ex-Servicemen: period of military service plus 3 years

• Ex-apprentice of AOCP trade or its feeder trades (Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and AC Mechanic) from Ordnance Factories
• OR from a Government/Private organisation affiliated to a Government ITI
• Age 18 to 40 years, with relaxation for SC/ST, OBC-NCL and Ex-Servicemen

• No application fee for any category

• Tenure Based DBW: ₹19,900 per month plus DA
