Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has released Advt. No. CRA 317/26 for 3,289 Assistant Lineman (ALM) posts on regular basis. This is the NAC [National Apprenticeship Certificate] in Lineman Trade recruitment — one of the largest power-sector drives in Punjab. Selected candidates will work on maintaining and repairing electrical lines across Punjab's distribution network. Selection is through an Online CBT examination followed by merit list, document verification, and medical. Knowledge of Punjabi language is mandatory.

Matriculation (10th pass) + National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Lineman Trade + Punjabi studied at Matriculation level or higher

18–37 years as on 01 January 2026; relaxation per Punjab Govt rules

₹20,700/month (initial during probation) + DA, HRA, allowances per Punjab Govt rules
