Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), Patiala has released Advt. No. CRA 314/26 for 116 vacancies across 10 technical and trade posts — Certified Welder, Auxiliary Plant Attendant (Mechanical), Bulldozer Operator, Laboratory Assistant, Electrician Grade-1, Technician Grade-1 (Mechanical & Instrumentation), Welder Grade-1, Loco Shunter Operator, and Fireman. Selection is through Computer-Based Test (CBT) with negative marking, followed by document verification and medical. Knowledge of Punjabi language is mandatory.
Eligibility
* Qualification varies by post (10th/ITI/Diploma/B.Sc — check post-wise table in notification).
* Must have passed Punjabi at Matric level or higher (mandatory for all posts).
* Age 18–37 years as on 01 January 2026 (relaxation per Punjab Govt rules).
* Fireman: must pass physical fitness test (100 yards with 60 kg, ladder climbing, rope climbing).
