1. Ensure you satisfy the eligibility conditions for the VC No. you intend to apply for, in either Cluster-I or Cluster-II.
2. Apply online in the registration format in the Career Section of rites.com, and note the Registration Number generated for future reference.
3. Carefully fill in all details under "Fill/Modify Application Form."
4. Upload all supporting documents under the "Upload Document" section, substantiating your qualification, age, category and experience claims.
5. Complete the online payment under the "Make Payment" section, and download the final application form after successful payment.
6. Submit only one application per vacancy — the application cannot be altered once submitted, and applications without successful fee payment are summarily rejected.
7. Complete the process on or before 8 October 2026.
8. In-service Government/PSU/Autonomous body candidates must apply through proper channel, or bring a No Objection Certificate at the time of interview to be eligible for pay protection.
