• DGM/Senior Manager (Business Development): BE/BTech (preferably MBA), 20+ years' experience (15+ for SM) in business development/marketing
• DGM/Senior Manager (Production): BE/BTech Mechanical/Electrical, 20+ years' shopfloor experience (15+ for SM)
• SM/Manager (Wagon/Bridge/Crane/Container Project): BE/BTech Mechanical/Electrical, 15+ years' experience (12+ for Manager)
• DGM/Senior Manager (Design): BE/BTech Mechanical/Electrical, 20+ years' design experience (15+ for SM); FEA analysis experience preferable
• Manager/Dy. Manager (Design): same qualification; 12+ years (Manager), 8+ years (Dy. Manager)
• Dy. Manager/Sr. Executive (Civil): BE/BTech Civil, 8-10 years' experience
• AM (Marketing & Commercial): Graduate, 7-10 years' experience in marketing/commercial functions; PSU experience preferred
• Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical): BE/BTech with 3 years' experience, or Diploma with 5 years' experience (3 years in a large plant)
• Safety Officer: Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety, 3-5 years' experience in heavy engineering

• Relevant BE/BTech, Diploma, MBA, or Industrial Safety qualification depending on post
• Years of post-qualification experience ranging from 3 years (Engineer) to 25+ years (GM/DGM Projects)
• Experience preferably in Wagon/Container/Bridge/Crane/heavy engineering/steel manufacturing sectors
• Project site experience considered an added advantage for all posts
