DGQA Technician Recruitment 2026 — 15 Posts, Apply Offline by 07 Aug (All India)

The Directorate General of Quality Assurance (DGQA), Controllerate of Quality Assurance (Heavy Vehicles), Avadi, under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released the DGQA Technician Recruitment 2026 notification for 15 Technician (Semi-Skilled) Group C, Non-Ministerial Industrial posts. The recruitment is published under Advertisement No. CQA(HV)/2026/Tech(SS) in Employment News dated 18–24 July 2026. The posts are spread across three DGQA establishments in Tamil Nadu and Telangana, covering trades of Fitter Auto, Electrician Mate, and Labourer. ITI-qualified candidates seeking a stable defence ministry sarkari naukri in 2026 can apply offline before the deadline. Selected Technician (Semi-Skilled) candidates will be initially appointed on probation for two years at Avadi (Chennai), Yeddumailaram (Sangareddy, Telangana), or Meenambakkam (Chennai), and are liable to serve anywhere in India including field and remote locations. The DGQA 2026 selection process consists of a Written Test (objective type, MCQ, no negative marking) followed by a Trade Test of 100 marks (minimum qualifying marks 40). The salary for DGQA Technician 2026 is ₹18,000 to ₹56,900 per month at Pay Matrix Level-1 under 7th Pay Commission, plus DA, HRA, and other admissible allowances.
