• Lead Engineer (R&D): Degree in Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering, with 12 years of managerial experience including at least 4 years managing large R&D or shipbuilding projects
• Manager (Training & Skill Development): Degree in Naval Architecture/Electrical/Marine/Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering (Master's or MBA desirable), with 7 years of managerial experience in the maritime/shipbuilding sector, preference for training/skilling experience
• Assistant Manager (Technical): Degree in Naval Architecture/Marine/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with 3 years of managerial experience in a shipbuilding, port, or engineering-related organisation
• Assistant Manager (Information Technology): Engineering Degree or Master's in Computer Science/Computer Applications/IT, with 3 years of managerial experience in server, storage, and network installation/maintenance
• Executive (Finance): Pass in ICAI/ICMAI intermediate examination, or M.Com/MBA (Finance), with 1 year of managerial experience in budgeting, costing, taxation, or audit-related matters
• Executive (HR & Administration): Two-year Master's/PG Diploma with specialisation in HR (e.g. MBA-HR) or PG Degree in Personnel Management, with 1 year of managerial experience in HR/Administration

4. Upload all certificates towards proof of age, educational qualification, experience, and caste, along with a recent passport-size colour photograph
5. Verify all entries carefully before final submission, as changes after submission are not permitted
6. Applicants should not submit more than one application
7. Retain a soft copy or printout of the online application containing the unique registration number generated by the system
8. Do not send the application printout, certificates, or fee by post, since only online mode is accepted
9. Wait for shortlisting communication via email or the ISTC website, since call letters are not sent by post
