• Junior Management: 25–45/50/63 years (post-dependent)
• Senior Management: 25–50 years (Legal & Regulatory) or 35–63 years (all other Manager posts)
• Higher Management: 35–63 years (Assistant General Manager) or 45–63 years (General Manager/Chief General Manager)
• Age calculated as on 01 January 2026
