RailTel Sr. Solution Architect & Solution Architect Recruitment 2026 — 2 Posts, Walk-in 27 Aug (All India)

RailTel Corporation of India Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released Sr. Solution Architect & Solution Architect Recruitment 2026 for 2 posts on a contractual basis. This PSU job is open to highly experienced IT professionals holding a Master's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or Electronics & Telecom. Selected candidates will handle Data Centre, IT infrastructure, and SOC-related solution architecture for Government and PSU Data Centre projects. The Sr. Solution Architect post requires 20+ years' experience including at least 5 years specifically as a Solution Architect, while the Solution Architect post requires 14+ years' relevant experience. Selection is entirely through a walk-in interview followed by a medical examination, with monthly CTC of ₹3,65,000 for Sr. Solution Architect and ₹3,05,000 for Solution Architect. Eligible candidates can attend the RailTel walk-in interview on 27 August 2026 at the RailTel office in New Delhi. • Sr. Solution Architect: Master's in Computer Science/IT/MCA, or Engineering degree in CS/IT/Electronics & Telecom, with 20+ years' relevant experience including at least 5 years as Solution Architect, with a strong Data Centre/IT/Government-PSU Data Centre portfolio
• Solution Architect: Master's in Computer Science/MCA/IT, or Engineering degree in CS/IT/Electronics, with 14+ years' relevant experience with a strong Data Centre/IT/SOC Government-PSU portfolio

• Minimum 24 years, Maximum 50 years
• OBC: 3 years relaxation; PwBD: 10 years relaxation
• Maximum age after relaxations: 55 years

• Sr. Solution Architect: Master's/Engineering degree in CS/IT/MCA/Electronics & Telecom, 20+ years' experience, 5+ years as Solution Architect
• Solution Architect: Master's/Engineering degree in CS/IT/MCA/Electronics, 14+ years' relevant experience
• Age 24-50 years, up to 55 after relaxation
• Strong portfolio of Government/PSU Data Centre project work required

• Sr. Solution Architect: ₹3,65,000 CTC per month (contractual)
• Solution Architect: ₹3,05,000 CTC per month (contractual)
