RFCL Engineer/Manager/Officer Recruitment 2026 — 40 Posts, Apply Online by 24 Sep (Telangana)

Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) has released RFCL Recruitment 2026 under Advt No. Rectt/01/2026 for 40 posts of experienced professionals across Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Transportation, Human Resource, Medical, Finance & Accounts, and Information Technology disciplines. RFCL operates a 2,200 MT/day natural gas-based Ammonia and 3,850 MT/day Neem Coated Urea Plant at Ramagundam, Telangana, and this recruitment offers Engineer, Officer, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and senior executive roles at both its Ramagundam Plant and Corporate Office in Noida. • Engineer (Chemical, E-1): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Chemical Engineering/Technology, BOE certification preferred, with 1 year of hands-on experience in process operations of Hydrocarbon/Petrochemical/Fertilizer/continuous process chemical plants, conversant with DCS control systems
• Assistant Manager (Chemical, E-2) and Deputy Manager (Chemical, E-3): Same qualification as Chemical Engineer, with 3 years and 7 years of relevant experience respectively
• Engineer (Mechanical, E-1): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering/Technology, with 1 year of experience in maintenance/troubleshooting of rotating machines, static equipment, and piping networks
• Engineer (Electrical, E-1): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering, with 1 year of experience in HT & LT power distribution, motors, transformers, and protection systems
• Officer (Materials, E-1): Engineering degree or full-time MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management/SCM, with 1 year of experience in purchase, inventory control, or contract management
• Assistant Manager (Transportation, E-2): Engineering degree or full-time MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management/SCM, with 3 years of experience in rake handling, Railways coordination, or road dispatches
• Officer (HR, E-1): MBA/PG Degree or Diploma in HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, with 1 year of post-qualification HR experience; LLB desirable
• Officer-Secretarial (E-1): Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline, with 1 year of executive secretarial experience supporting senior management
• Additional CMO (E-4) and CMO (E-5): MBBS (MD/MS an added advantage), with 11 years and 14 years of professional medical experience respectively after internship
• Accounts Officer (F&A, E-1), Assistant Manager (F&A, E-2), and Chief Manager (F&A, E-6): CA or CMA, or 2-year MBA with Finance specialisation, with 1, 3, and 18 years of relevant experience respectively
• Engineer (IT, E-1): B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science/Computer Technology/IT, or MCA, with 1 year of experience in business application development, SAP experience preferred
• Essential qualification must be full-time and regular with a minimum of 60% marks (except CA/CMA); Part-Time/Correspondence/Distance/Online/Evening qualifications are not accepted
